Just thought I'd summarize my experiences with nephandi in this regard.

We tried this for about a week, and although we didn't do it every time I had to go, it did end up being on a daily basis.

The logistics are a bit of a hassle. You either have to use a funnel or similar implement (my favourite is a kind of "aquarium vacuumer", something I used when experimenting with self wetsex back in my teens), or the sphincter needs to be dilated from previous activity, or you have to penetrate.

In my experience, urinating with a hard-on is not a problem per se, but the pressure will be lower. The pressure will be further lowered by the clamping action of the sphincter, which means complete emptying of the bladder may not always be possible with the penetration method. At least it wasn't always for me. That's fine by me, though, as residual urine (preferably acidified with e.g. vitamin C) from the bladder is the simplest way to clean the inside of the uretha well enough to limit the risk of a urinary tract infection. At least I've considered this an acceptable risk for myself.

The sensation has occasionally been uncomfortable for her, mostly depending on pressure and volume, and it obviously acts as an enema afterwards. With regards to the emotional impact, her experience so far has been generally positive, except that the enema aspect of it can be time-consuming sometimes.

As I'm a fan of both humiliation and wetsex, the "human toilet" is a rather natural extension, and we had discussed this option before, as she is not yet comfortable with drinking it. She agreed that it would not be a problem for her to try it once, and after that experience, she suggested that I exclusively urinate in her for the next week, which would have been the case if I didn't have some ED problems due to an iatrogenic testosterone deficiency that hasn't fully reversed yet.

Perhaps we'll try it with the aquarium funnel at some point, but for me it just wasn't practical with penetration due to the ED issue, although I did enjoy the experience a lot, and will be doing it to/with her again occasionally.

I'll ask her if she'd like to chime in on this too.

PS: Staying in while semi-erect or limp is not a big problem, and allows somewhat higher pressure and more complete voiding. I think someone else has mentioned that in this thread as well.

Hi

For me, the experience of being peed in the anal is a plesurable one, it can be slightly uncofortable, feeling a bit like when you realy, realy need to go to the bathroom. But like my Master said, my biggest problem whit it was the time to get it all out as for a few houer afterwards i now and then had to run to the toilet. i had however no adverse effects.

i dont know how mutch more to say aboute this, it is an interesting experience, i found it plessurable and humiliating, plus that the cleaning out of my hind quarter was surly good for me, but i dont realy have that mutch more to add aboute it. It is interesting.

I would be more embarrassed for the Dom who tried to do this than for myself. Anytime that you exchange body fluids where there are membranes that can be torn or broken, you have the chance for medical problems. Peeing on someone is fairly innocuous and in a different category. Humiliation is a very individual thing. What is extreme submission, anyway? Is extreme submission the domain of the sadist who really wants to hurt someone? I think extreme submission could also involve highly pleasurable activities that require giving up control and power under uncertain circumstances.

Urine is sterile.

This means that it is impossible to get any sort of disease from urine, unless they have a urinary tract infection (in which case, they probably would not be able to have sex. At any rate, even with a UTI there is still a few low population of bacteria.). As a biologist, I am very careful to draw lines where my health is in danger. Frankly, urine is FAR safer to injest or have depostited into body orifices than semen.

And I would like to reiterate that you CANNOT get pregnant from anal sex. It's possible that the semen could leak out your ass and get in your vaginal area, but semen can not travel from the colon to the vagina. The only way this is possible is if you have a fistula, in which case you would know because feces and urine would be constantly coming out of your vagina. (Fistulas occur when a woman is too young/small to give birth and live in an area where C-sections are impossible. When they go into labor, the baby puts so much pressure on the body, that the blood stops flowing to the area and the flesh dies, leaving a hole for feces and urine to exist the vagina. It's a common problem in Africa)

A convient yet painful excuse to divert attention from the fact that it is more likely there was a lover involved. In our Christian-judgemental world she probably was to uncomfortable to acknowledge that there was a prior natural act and it resulted in a child. If she was married I wonder if her husband fell for this line. Still... she may have had a doctor's excuse. ... OR even a doctor.

If a Dom urinates in your ass that means he ain't wearing a condom. All the literature I have ever encountered specifically states to use a condom for ass play. I personally will use ones on my fingers and on any strapons/dildos I might use.
I think that sometimes we get carried away by our passions and forget safety. Just before Christmas one of my dearest friends on the earth had her body attacked by ecoli. She was in the hospital for over six months. During this time she lost to a frail 90 pounds on a 5'11 frame.
Some of the finest doctors in one of the best facilities in the USA just could not find the source of the ecoli. The antibiotics would appear to wipe the ecoli out and as soon as she went off them, it would come back.

Considering the number of people who enjoy this without protection, if this story was representative, it should be just one step below "hospital-induced death" (#4-5 on the leading causes of death in the US as I recall), which would make headlines pretty quickly. And you did say they never found out what caused it.

In any case, the reason why people are adamant about the use of condoms for ass play is simple: much greater risk of passing on STDs and the like. The membranes are meant to be permeable, and bowel movements always cause minor tears that quickly heal, but still leave a window of vulnerability. Further, anal penetration will often also cause tears of its own. This raises exposure significantly.

That said, the risk of an UTI is non-negligible.

But if dealt with in a timely manner, UTIs should be little more than unpleasant.

Apart from that, I've heard that ingesting about 1g of vitamin C up front will tend to give sufficiently acidic urine that most bacteria cannot survive in that environment, and those that can will tend to die off when the pH returns to normal. This effect is not reliable, of course, but it's supposed to lower the risk somewhat.

Perhaps some of the more knowledgeable people in here (one biologist and one nurse have spoken so far, at least) could comment on that and/or other measures to reduce that particular subset of risks ...
