Ladies,

Do you have any tried and true techniques for CBT you would care to graciously share?

It is the one area we really cannot test on ourselves first, so I never feel really comfortable doing it.

For example, I did CBT on a first date once and it was quite traumatic (for me!!!). I tied the cock and balls in quite intricate bondage and was planning to cut it off with safety scissors afterwards. (edited to explain - cut off the bondage, not the C&B)

But the string was just a little too fine and dug into the erection just a little too hard. Next thing I knew, there was blood squirting all over the place. Scared the living daylights out of me!!

I cut the bondage off fast and applied pressure. Later examination revealed that it was a really minor cut.

Lesson: be careful - a lotta blood can squirt outta those little things!!!

Any one else care to share?

I'm a DIY torture implement type. One of my favorites being a skirt hanger. The type with the moveable clips that are used for skirts and pants. The clips are perfect for nipples or testicles. The hook end can hook into the O ring of a collar or between the ropes of bondage. I also absolutely love predicament bondage. No matter which way he attempts to move something hurts. I find the hands to be very useful implements/weapons when applied directly, and with force, to the cock and ball area. I also believe a good swift kick to the target rather useful too. My favorite to date, is the use of the wooden handle of my back scrubber in my bathroom. I've had a lot of fun with that. When we wanted to run a workshop on this subject, we contacted a couple of gay Dom's to present it for us. There is nothing like gay men to know about men's bits, lol. The first point they made was that most men are very penis orientated. The balls are the part of their anatomy that is most neglected. So their advice was to focus on the balls, rather than the dick.

They suggested using properly designed toys like parachutes and cock rings with ball separators, and starting with weights first. Begin with lots of stroking, gentle tugging and stretching with the hands, then apply the harness and start adding weights. Play with the weights a bit, swing them, spend heaps of time with the balls.

You can use clothes pegs on the skin of the scrotum, run a wartenburg wheel across it (which is extra effective when the skin is stretched taught with a cock ring) apply ice, blow on the wet skin, use a vibrator, stroke it with abrasive gloves - everything you can to focus on the balls. Squeeze lots - but avoid striking.

Playing with the penis is the next step. We were shown how to use sounds, but that's probably something you need to be shown. My suggestion - make friends with a gay Dom! It's an education! There's also a book called "The Family Jewels" which is good - and guess what - it's written by a gay Dom, lol

I find this somewhat alarming information. The balls can be seriously damaged by this sort of impact, as it's hard to control and can lead to splitting of the balls. My first husband lost a testicle that way in a sports match. I can see that a controlled "kneeing" might be effective, but a kick? Ouch. Could end up in the emergency department. Not recommended.

I took a couple of classes from ShotGun Roger at an event in years past. If I remember correctly, it was at 9 or 10 in the morning.. chuckle, what a way to wake up.
I also have a couple of his video's that were given to me as a birthday present.

You can actually get a "three-fer" out of them if you're feeling mean... kneading the skin between your fingers right after they're taken off can be more intense than application or removal
