I can tell you're tired [sm=rolleyes.gif] , and I am sorry you feel overwhelmed by stuff. That is a frustrating place to be in. Lockit, thank you for your post. I didn't know how to show people that there was rudeness directed at him.
I felt it, I read it but I didn't really know how to translate that into a 'see? it is right here' kind of thing. That is one of my problems with a message board, I tend to empathize very easily with others. When a spot of unkindess or harshness is shown I am often at a loss on what to do especially when I don't understand why it happened.

So.. thank you for stepping up.

Exactly!  You can only say...so many times and in so many ways...that if it's not your kink, so be it, but it might be someone else's.  If you don't like it, don't do it.  It's all well and good that he is concerned about others and abuse, etc., but whatcha gonna do?  Does anyone honestly think that they are going to convince someone else that money slaves are wrong?  Or that dom/mes are exploiting them?  No.  We all know that.

It's one thing to question, to seek knowledge, even to exchange ideas, it's another to keep repeating one's self and then get nasty when others don't agree.

jenny and Lockit, right on! jenny, for recognizing and bringing it out that there might have been some undo harshness going on here and to Lockit, for being real enough to recognize and try to correct her own behavior...major kudos.

I think the OP is trying to figure something out, trying to wrap his brain around something and I think the issue he trying to deal with is beyond the original posted concern...but related to it. I don't know this for sure, it's just a theory-nor do I have a clear idea what the real issue is, but I think it's something else just because he has been going `round and `round with this. Added to the pot is his building frustration from some of the less than patient responses he's gotten on this thread. And mind you, I know that patience can be difficult to offer indefinitely.

I hope the OP returns to the boards and decides to continue the dialogue...but I hope that if he does return that the focus of the thread can shift toward his sharing why this topic holds so much importance to him and us giving him the space to clarify this. I don't think the issue he is trying to work out has anything to do with the concept of allowing people to have their individual kinks...

Doesn't sound all that extreme when you think about some of the masters who want their slaves to live in boxes/cages and never have contact with friends and family again.

a Male Supremacist, basically believes because they have a cock(doesn't include plastic,latex or rubber!) that they are better then those who don't.  There are also Female Supremacists who believe that because they have a vagina, they are superior.  My personal opinion, it is a very arrogant way of looking at things, not to mention narrow minded.

This topic has died - but the posts were rather interesting. I took time to read each of them carefully. I haven't read any of the OP other posts, but from this one alone, his questions and disdain for FD are very interesting to me. I think HE was a money slave who got taken for a ride by a 19 year old bratty girl who loved shopping and called herself a financial dominant. The questions he asked were very specific and the tone was critical rather than inquisitive. I'm a conspiracy theorist though. :)

i'm a submissive, not a Domme, but i get a fair amount of email from male subs, asking me to Domme them.
