You would think.  But you would be amazed at the, "Twue Domme's Don't" list and the "This is what Twue Dommes do" list.
Of course, that assumes that I care more than to make jokes about it.

Now you have made me want to gwt gingerbread stuff for peoples and peanut M&Ms. 

I am thinking that you are a bad influence on me.

I might even be able to give my mother apoplexy (is that spelled correctly?).

hehe, i got an itty bitty gingerbaby cutter last year for christmas. my youngest um (18) wanted to make her friends bikkies, so she made the dough, rolled it out, and started cutting. looked like those terracotta chinese soldiers, so i made a comment about her having an army of minions. now it's tradition. we have to find the cutter and make minions again thisyear! they're vy vy cute!

Status: offline 		So. . . funny story for the day. . .

I started my gingerbread house. 

Step one is putting the walls togeather.  You do this with royal icing.  Nasty stuff, but it dries rock hard.  So, I have my icing in a the decorators bag, and my walls, and am ready to get started. 

Now, it takes some time to get the icing to dry - about 2 hours.  And one does not want to sit and hold the walls togeather during this time.  So, I use canned food.  It works well.

So, I am ready to start putting the icing on the edges of the walls, when the other half comes by, getting ready to walk the doggies. 

He, oh so nicely, asks me if I would like him to get me a mixing bowl.

I am confused at this point.  The icing is already mixed and in the bag. 

So, I ask him what I would need a mixing bowl for. 

He tells me, for the canned food on the table. 

I said no thank you, and once he was out the door, started laughing so hard I had to put my wall pieces down.

I do wonder what he thought I would be making with canned milk, tomates with chiles, and cream of chicken soup.  And just what tasty flavor it would be with gingerbread. 

Maybe you just had to be there.
