Well made it through another day of healthy eating. I'll just have some tea. My asthmas been kickin my butt. The tree pollen is really high here. But the healthy eating is already showing up in my skin. It looks way better. 5 days and counting. gotta get back in those size 6 jeans.

sighs there are these evil miniture goblins left on my doorstep every morning... all day they scream at me, lay waste to my home, and pollute the air with foul smells. but i'm doing better now, they've all gone home, or to go bump in the night somewhere else.

Just a thought...Yesterday I was walk with my cane/walking stick and a sweet young thing approached me in a store,she said she thought a man was sexy as hell with a cane,now was she flirting or wanting her ass beat black and blue with my cane..just a thought smile..By the way I got her number lol

morning all...debating here whether to take the day off and do some serious job hunting or schedule a day off so i don't get in so much trouble at work lol. like i care these days, i just don't want to get the ole "talkin to", that has a tendency to piss me off. (i am the perfect employee ya know [:D]) hey Bounty, ya got a job for me? i have a really green thumb! (mostly cause i'm picking spinach out of my teeth) Hanable, if you lived closer i'd swing by and drag you out to my car and show you how to look for a job...you'd have one before the day is over.[;)] you need to do more than just put in an application. talk to the manager, ask questions, act like your interested even if you're not. act like you want it! and then call them back after a few days, don't wait for them.

Hey everybody I"m all a-flutter... Meeting the Man in 3 days... ack! Please make sure i don't put salt in the sugar shakers... I'm all nervous and stupid and stuff. yeah.. ok... here's some salad... can't screw that up can i? and beer batter fried cod. My family has been eating that and I've been going with the no whites diet - no white sugar, no white potatoes, no white bread... still eating honey and yams and all but this way at least it's complex and not just calories. i'm off for a little walk y'all... pretty flowers everywhere and after the storm the other night the corn and the beans are now actually little sprouts all in a row. oh ain't the country grand? Hugs ... sunshine
