Hello My Darlings, Well, i've lived to tell the story... Met the man... He's sitting right over there *points to the couch.... He's TALL!!! lord help me. We'll see... cautiously optimistic. I've already put in an ap for a job or two... We'll see what happens. Ok folks, here's some home made beef jerky.... smoked for hours ... some trail mix, fruits, we've got dried everything.... We are going for a long hike! Put your boots on. The Man took me for a 10 mile walk after filling me with some goooooooooood food yesterday. Lord have mercy. But if i gotta do it, SO DO YOU!!! Put on your pack, and don't forget your water! sunshine

They work your legs,hips and glutes while you walk. I carried the bags home and did curls and back pressses as I walked. We stopped at starbucks for drinks![:)]
