oy. I didnt hike yesterday(well 2 miles). but I went out and had a couple of dirty martinis and danced my fanny off. Well, not my fanny. I have some mild leg cramping right now. I guess thats good huh? Maybe some cereal with banana would be good? I brought a couple of seedless watermelons guys. Should I leave the rind on or cut it into chunks?

So whats everyone doing today..WE messed with the horses a bit poor baby's we would want them to feel neglected,cleaned their hoofs and gave them some love,water melons and cantaloupes in the back and some fresh strawberry's from the garden in case anyone wants a light snack,off to sit under my maple tress and watch the world go by,have a safe Sunday all...

Im at work, as per usual, having a good time though, the morning sucked, but the rest of the day looks good... and I have an amazing view when I step out the back door for some fresh air, clear skies and I can see the Kennicot mine, and the mountains I will be spending most of my free weekends in this year Its good to be alive

it is a gorgeous day here Asher, i spent a few hours outside with my daughters puppy playing on the grass.....i love it when i can be outside and freeze or roast...it's perfect today.

Yeaaaaa Im home ... finally back in my own bed .... I know I will be feeling better soon ......Bounty ... Im ready for some fresh melons and berries .. its veggie and fruit time ...nothing better than that ....

Now, to bed - for Monday morning is fast approaching.

But it's beautiful here and i've got a map and will go treasure hunting tomorrow. leaves out some brie and apples for breaky and some bagels. Coffee is ready!
