lol yes, i definitely do need help, the sad part? nightmares are probably one of the least of my worries... they do affect the amount of sleep that i get, this is true, but with all of the other issues i have, it's really just one more thing, ya know?

and dontchya worry, i am getting help for all of it ;)  ... the lucid repeating dreams i've been having since about 7 years old... back then it was monsters though... i'd see a monster in my room and wake up and the bed would turn into one, and the door and as i ran out to get my family, they would as well, i'd run out of the house which would turn into a HUGE monster and wake back up at the beginning....

one of the times, there was a shadow on the door, my ex was typing in the other room, and in my dream the shadow was the guy that drugged me and i couldn't get to my husband... turns out the shadow was the cat sitting in the window... i made him go check :p that's when i realized they were definitely lucid dreams though, the sights and sounds were all from the outside

I was going to name individuals, but so many of you are deserving of honor that I'll just say this is for everyone that showed up here at Bounty's place yesterday/today and managed to maintain their dignity after suffering much adversity, lost jobs, lost Dom/Domme's, health issues.....the list is endless.

I made strawberry crepes w/fresh whipped cream served w/fresh strawberries sprinkled over the crepes as well as in a bowl w/cantelope, honeydew & kiwi.
There's a pitcher of freshy squeezed pineapple juice on each table and a Vitamin C chewable tablet next to each glass. 
Freshly brewed mountain coffee in individual pots on each table also.
