Anyway, im off to bed now, I cant seem to do the 30 hour awake thing as easily now, and my house is quiet for the first time in weeks (except for my music of couse) nigt all :) thanks for all the words of encouragement and support

SHH here is Your brownie sundae just as you ordered it. i have been practicing making chocolate truffles and i think they are good enough to test on Bounty's Coffee Shop customers. There are some in the dish on the counter. Let me know what you think. i made kind of a mess in the kitchen so that's where i'll be for a while - cleaning.

geesh, i'm gone for several hours and all this stuff happens. Asher, great for finding a job the same day you got fired but sucks you got fired in the first place. at least you have something to do until you get to vegas, and vegas pays SO much better than salt lake does i'll tell ya. i made double down there what i was making here at my last job. good luck with all that stuff. i've had the day from hell and i don't know if my nerves can take anything but a good konk on the head to help me pass out.

Good job Asher. Christine....I feel for you. Ive had the day from Hades Myself. Chocolate is good for de-stressing. Have as much as you need. Works I tell ya. adrina....I know the feeling.I havent slept without waking in decades(literally).I wake up every hour and a half or 2 at the most. Then I have an idiot wonder why Im exhausted all the time. fluffy.....Id LOVE a truffel.

well its one of those i dont get up early enough or i just dont wear out till very late so im always up on here trying to make myself tired so ill sleep

I am an ex 3rd shifter. So Im a vampire....I love the dark. Sun just blinds Me. I usually go to bed between 2-6am. Get up around noon-1. BUT wake up so much that sleeping 6-8 hours turns into maybe 4-5. It sucks.

i have that problem with sleeping also, it sucks, i do have sleeping pills but due to the fact that i get horrid nightmares i'm always afraid to take them and get trapped asleep :(

sin, i have the same problem when i take a sleep aid...horrible nightmares that leave me wondering if i'm sane. they're bad enough to leave me shaken for several days. i'd rather go without sleep than have those nightmares ratteling (sp?) around in my brain.

Not Me....I need sleep or I physically hurt all over. So I put up with the nightmares and sleep some anyway.

maybe one of these days they'll come up with an anti-nightmare pill, or better yet, just a good dream pill where you could take it, and think about what you want to dream about and you would.
