Good morning everyone, God has given us another wonderful day in Paradise, this morning lots of fresh fruit and yogurt, take a break from all that heavy stuff folks, ice tea both sweeten and unsweetened , have at it ..get out and off the puter and enjoy your day..

Shes not only dutiful and beautiful but smart too.

There are a lot of things this girl will do for dark chocolate...but for now it is not in her food plan. Maybe later. OK time's up. i'll have some of it and promise to write it down. Time to put the laundry in the dryer - it's on the 1st floor & my apartment is on the 3rd floor. Stair climbing for an activity point!

Here you go Boss - iced tea sweetened with Splenda & a sprig of mint. Would you like some citrus salad (white grapefruit, red grapefruit, orange, raisins and coconut) on a leaf of green leaf lettuce? It has carbs (17g sugars per 1/2 cup serving). i drained off the light syrup it was packed in - a sprinkle of Splenda will sweeten it up for you. Citrus fruit is good for you, right?
