hey, congrats stella!  i turned 42 last sunday.  i'll make the drinks...i've always wanted to be a bartender for some reason.  just seems it would be a great way to meet lots of people and have fun at the same time.

I have had a busy day.  Watching Butterhead, doing the work-at-home stuff (my paying job), ripping out the linoleum in the bathroom, and cleaning the upholstry.  Whew!  I am beat!

Well, if it isn't tomorrow already.

Overnight snacks menu:
Mini shrimp egg rolls. egg drop soup, sweet & sour pork, fried rice and other items from the Chinese kitchen.

Green tea to drink.

Mornin ' everyone, starts a fresh pot brewing, Looks like we are going to get some rain this morning,we really need it..I am off ,lots to do today, and congrats to the birth day girls,you aren't gettingg older just gettin' closer to retirement lol..~Sidenote~..WE have starter drink a new shake for breakfast over the last month,its called..Glucerna..comes in 4 flavors and taste great.it provides all the required daily requirement,lowersA1C levels and its good for you..I highly recommend it..

Well, it rained this morning and now the sun is out.  Time to take the broom to the porch and sweep off all the leaves and twigs and petals that end up all over the deck. 
The forest is a lush green and so fresh after the rain.  The wild flowers are really beautiful.  The flowers sunshine sent over are really taking to the containers on the porch.  

slave takes a rag to wipe off all the rocking chairs. 

Back inside to make up pitchers of lemonade - some sweetened with honey - some with Splenda.  Here's some fresh mint for those who like it.  this girl checks the freezer...Good, lots of ice cubes.  Doesn't the sound of cubes rattling in a tall glass of lemonade sound WONDERFUL?
