Wll ty girl, actually its the front porch of my office about 100 feet from the house, some people whom shall remain nameless has an office in the house smile..I have a lot of good ol' boys stopping by and my doggies bite, so my office is sperate from our home....A lovely view isn't it, now y'll see why I returned to the ol' homestead deep in the mountains..smile

I have a sugar problem  jaq , so I have to stay on top of my diet as well but being human I fuck up and eat some thing that I shouldn't.In the winter when its cold out side instead of taking my morning walkI use the bowflex or ride the a stationary bike, so far the combination has work well for us both.She has lost 40lbs in the last year and is looking hottt smile  but hell lets face it she has always look HOTTTTT...

Good girl, it helps to have everyone involved instead of fixxxin seprate meals etc for everyone,I am sure it will work for you besides you're cute so a few extra pounds doesn't detract from that...

thank you Sir i just hope to get in shape before Master gets home next fall because i want him to maybe run me through a womans PT and see if i can do it and how in shape i am. just a way of assessing myself since im going to be living an army life
