Pomme, I love the Special K cereal & protein bars! I practically live on that and that's why I need that extra protein the shakes provide.  As someone pointed out, some are for gaining weight but I wouldn't use them for losing weight. They are for building muscles, best ingested within 20minutes after your workout.

****Now, I really must gather my flowers together & provide today's menu***


yea i use with the water and cereal and the bars :D

I've been looking - applying for everything from my field to cleaning jobs.  I am either over qualified or not licensed in this state.  It is hard, but I'm not giving up.  I've been out of work for 6 months and been trying.  It's hard.  It's really hard out here.  I can't even get a temp gig with the temporary places, and I type over 70 words per minute! 

So, send that positive energy to whoever is hiring... "sunshine, sunshine, sunshine... hire sunshine."

Mistress is making home made cinnamon rolls.  I gotta go do something to clear out my nose so i can smell them.
