But skin henna?  No.  ALthough I'd love to, esp if it were a person from that heritage painting the designs on me.

Status: offline 		I do as well kitten and cimmamon, my baby is planting us some garlic this year,I don't know why it slipped our minds last years as we use so much in cooking...Shallots are being planted as well..

Status: offline 		A wonderful mehndi artist did a free hand design for me last summer.  I was at the local Ren Faire and had her apply it to my lower leg.  It lasted really well for 1 week and was visible for another week past that.
 
I have also used henna on my hair years ago.  It is rather drying so check on what would happen with deep conditioning applied a day later.

Status: offline 		yea henna is pretty and can be done at SCA events sometimes :D i plan on having atleast on henna tattoo maybe as a temp trial look at tattoo designs before i have pet tat me :D
