Status: offline 		The pineapple please, I am not a fan of cherry.  Although some of the comments in the felching thread have me a bit nervous about the pineapple.  Please reassure me that this danish was not made using any "interesting" methods!

i was experimenting with Phyllo dough today...made dark cherry and chocolate things wrapped in phyllo.  Do you think i should put a little cream cheese in them, too?  Do you think savory fillings would work?
 
Are you all well now?  i hope Butterhead didn't get it from you and the other half.

I seem to be mostly well.  Taking decongestants because I have collapsed my eustachion tube agian.  *sigh*  Which is mostly just an annoyance, but I will not be standing on any chairs or ladders for a couple of days. 

Yes, I have found that savory fillings work wonderfully in phyllo dough. 

Finger foods. . . SURE!  Let's see. . . I can make mini pies with both sweet and savory fillings, deviled eggs, meats and cheese tray, pepperoni rolls, those cream puff thingies filled with different things.
