Good!  Besides, if you broke it in half first, all of the calories fell out.

Yes, and i drank a diet drink with it to cancel out any calories that didn't escape when i broke it in half.

Back, some times a message isn't understood unless you are on their doorstep face to face and this is what I had to take care of last night in MO>, so all is well that ends well now to find somnething to eat, some thing soft for my gut is rolling with having a case of the massness all week smile..I  hate being upset and having to carry it around until you see the AH that has cause me to feel this way, breath deep relax smile, it works some times but not all the time..grabs a cup and some toast on the way out..see y'all in a bit..B
