I hear ya GA! The sun is just starting to peek through the blanket of clouds here in S. Lake County FL. I wish I could push the Sun a little faster in your direction, but it looks like radar is saying heavier stuff is heading towards you first.

I've not seen such dreary conditions here since the '04 'canes and Wilma in '05.

36C with a humidex of 47C

Which would be about 97F to 116F

I can't wait till this breaks and it looks like we have days of it ahead.

Oh crap! LOL  Yes, we do have a severe weather warning in place but even if we do get the storm, it won't help.

Status: offline 		It is only about a hundred and five here with about ten percent humidity.  Not a cloud in the sky and a bit of a breeze....life just doesnt get any better than summer time in Barstow.

Status: offline 		Cool but at least the sky is blue!!! Been a very damp winter here in NZ. Today feels like there is a hint of spring in the air so roll on the warmer weather.
edited to mention the wind. We live on a boat so when it has been windy ( as it has recently) we get a bit rocky. Looks calmer today too, what a bonus

Status: offline 		I am in Leverkusen (near Cologne), Germany. It is in the low 70's with rain. Has been nasty grey here for most of the summer. The poor kids who need to go back to school by monday. No nice weather in the holidays at all.

Status: offline 		Surprise, surprise - its raining here in Ireland - it has rained here every day since the start of June!! not continuous rain - and the sunny spells in between are great - and of course its doing wonders for the fields (all looking nice and green!). Temp today is about 60 and very cloudy! So expecting the rain to continue!!

Status: offline 		It's so bloody hot here right now i could scream.  The heat's been a killer for the past week and a half, no rain either (it's all staying north *whine*)....it's about 85 right now (at 7:30am) and so muggy it feels like a warm, wet blanket's wrapped around you and it's only going to be worse today and tomorrow before we get a bit of a break *sigh*

And to think W/we moved to the mountains to avoid all the heat/humidity...*grrrr*
