Yes, it's true that when you use normally derogatory terms, you need to strike just the right chord. If you, as a male, can't get away with calling a group of females "b_tch," even good naturedly, you'll have to take it up with other men.
Normally, them's fighting words, due to how demeaning males have made the use of the term, toward females. For this reason, I rarely refer to another female as a b_tch, so that she must have really worked for the title. Usually, the only people I call by that name are male. In either case, I'm usually only thinking it.
Still, when such terms are used admiringly and joyously - and somehow, when in combination with the word, "Crazy," in a happy sense - they can have their place. I think Boi has left no doubt as to the tone in which it's used, here. Unreserved, earnest adoration is always sexy and charming! And yes, Boi Jen's being female gives Boi an added pass to use that term admiringly, and be well received.
Yeah, "Crazy" is good, too, if it's in the right way.
