'Utter brat' seems to be a bit of a misnomer to me. You are 40 years old and there is nothing bratlike showing here in your posts. I rarely say things like this but you come across as a spoiled and rude person. You asked for advice, if you don't like the response please feel free to skip that particular post. Ironically in your profile you demand politeness in any emails that come your way. (hows that for bitchy? have i gotten better lol?)

perhaps, l.d.w. you could go back through the responses to your question and reread them. Did you get defensive for any particular reason or do you naturally tend to display attention seeking behaviors? Take a long time looking at that...because if you frequently goad people into giving you attention it will take alot of effort to change your responses....but you need to realise that you are worth it and that no one else will be able to fix you...a point that has been made by many before I stumbled upon this thread. At best physical punishment willl temporarily quench your need for attention but it won't fix your behavior, it will only reinforce it. best wishes aJ

Hmmm when it's said back to me it sounds like such a bad thing. [:(] I looked at the OPs profile which is something I very rarely do unless it is a post that I find really good, going by what she wrote it isn't something she wants changed. Instead it seems to be a challenge of the 'I dare you to dom me' type. Sigh now I feel bad for the snarky post.

When asking for views, opinions or advice in an open forum, one should not be offended by those that are different from ones personal beliefs, opinions or views - we have different perspectives, and while we may not always agree, we should at least respect the right of others to disagree without becoming ofended. Why give someone you do not know the "power" to upset or anger you ? Doesn't make sense to me...
