contemplating scorching wolfie. the thought of the SMELL of scorched fur puts me off. you're lucky this time wolfie! asher, they'll be braised in red wine. a nice shiraz. all night. and then rasberry struesel mini cakes with either chantilly cream or buttermilk vanilla ice cream. i don't often cook these days, but when i do............. my mother and father out laws are coming for mother's day lunch. they're special to me, so i'm cooking it up especially [:)]

what do you think, asher. rosemary roast potatoes, pumpkin and parsnip? or mashed potato? i'm going to reduce the juice from the shanks and saute some cap mushrooms to throw in at the last second. with the red, it should be a lovely late mother's day lunch. they'll remember why they loved me all over again, lol!
