As for me, I'd take drugs to help but this is caused by the drugs the doc gave me to help me supposedly. I dunno, they don't seem to be helping me but who knows....  Red, get that shower and pain reliever and relax. Snuggle up and get a good night's sleep. Oh - I hear that potassium/magnesium helps as well. Like in bananas? And warm milk, if you drink it.
