ah. pet peeve me being so passive agressive? or them being so passive aggressive.

it was a flashpoint. their dog, despite all my efforts, kept getting into my end. climbing on my coffee table, my couches, a small table i had in there. eating chocolates, chewing headsets, and the final straw was him stealing my glasses and running off with them and chewing the arms up.

his take on it, was, don't leave anything where the dog can get it. it's not his responsibility to get them fixed, or to repay any of the other items. i chucked a wobbly (threw a fit. i got icy polite, which can be scary). next day, he was fixing things so the dogs would have much harder time getting into my end of the house.

Well I am guessing that the furntiure is for a really good reason otherwise move it yourself or with a friend.

I have a 5 month old puppy who thinks that most everything she can reach or get into is fair game.  [&:]  I have been moving things out of her reach and buiying her all sorts of chew toys and take her out to run, walk, etc.... several times a day so she will behave better inside.  She has been chewing my computer desk  [&:]  so if y'all see me drop offline, hehe the computer got ate up, lol.

i'm getting rid of furniture i've been carting around for several years. i've shared a house with this guy and his wife for 2 yrs. if its aesthetic moving, i've always done that myself. this is moving big heavy furniture out to a trailer, and tying it in. i don't know that we would have accepted his help anyways, but surely, out of innate male politeness at the sight of 3 women carrying this right past his face, he could have offered?? if i had boys, i would have hit the back of their head and MADE them do it for this kind of rudeness.

Helping fix damage inflicted by your wild-ranging pets also strikes me as a requirement.
