The Twue Domme of the House: yeah, she's a chip off the old block... 'cept without the mad rope and needle skillz. But you can tell that this is a phase of learning to adapt to the other adult in the house an that it will probably pass in a couple of years when school starts...

Frustration: is when you make plans and deliberately keep them loose, only to have them fall apart completely. <sigh>

Article idea: I like it, but I've seen lots of scene reports... I'd LOVE to read someone talking about how they feel and why they feel and how it gets put into action. And hopefully in a very personal voice - the main reason why I'm going to revise what I've put up on EKB is that I'm unhappy with the "scholarly" tone to some of the articles. I think that anyone can look up Dattatreya, but not everyone has memories of when you tried to make contact with them and learned quite a bit about yourself and the nature of divinity...

I think I'm going to mope off to The Rainbow Room now...

Status: offline 		My thought is not to write about the dynamics of a master/slave relationsip but try to portray a personal glimpse on how a person goes through the process of changing hteir entire thought process and the emotional turmoil it can cause in this growth. I figure what better way is to use myself as an example.

i'm in a fragile mood. i've been told the only way i'll get my license kept (dr was threatening not to sign off on my medical form for the dmv) was to agree to go on insulin. bit of blackmail, but she and the specialist have been trying to get me to agree to it for the last 6 months - year. i've known i was going to have to give in to the inevitable sooner or later, but had hoped much much later.

gotta get going, now, lots yet to do, hope to get on again in a few days.

take care arghanites, save me a cuppa or two please....

That's when I finally agreed to have the second cataract operated on, when he announced either I scheduled a date for surgery or he would call the DMV and have them cancel my license. Sometimes we just need to be forced into doing the right thing.

Are you a candidate for the pump? It's much easier to manage your blood sugar on it.

I was thinking of you tonight actually.  I went to see a screening of a documentary for the Ft Lauderdale Film Festival.. The movie was called Certifiably Jonathan and it was about Jonathan Winters, a very famous comedian (before your time I suppose lol) but now he paints and MoMA was going to display his paintings.. However one of his paintings was stolen and he lost his desire to paint.. SO the movie winds up being about how he convinces the Curator to give him more time to paint and get his inspiration back..  Very enjoyable..  Anyway, made me think of you...
