What would be a temporary alternative to glue? A man I know wants me to glue bead onto his penis and take pictures. he has a thing about people making fun of his tiny pee pee, and he says I am playing with my penis like always and since I'd just finished a bead project I joked I should glue beads to your penis. and he thought it'd be fun

superglue was first used by medicine as a alternative to sutures. Its strong, temporary, should do the job nicely.

Yes, but I've gotten superglue on my hands, and it aint nice even on something as tough as the hands, and it's not skin friendly most times.

What do you mean by "ain't nice?"

I've had cuts 'sutured' by Dermabond, which is very close to the composition found in the OTC versions of super glue and it was perfectly skin friendly. Just don't touch it while it's curing and you won't have any problems. I woudn't want to put OTC super glue into an open wound but it's fine for skin application.

There is some stuff called "It Stays", may be called something else by now! I found it at a home health store. Its suppose to hold anything on the skin. Its sold in home health stores to hold up pressure stockings and such. It washes right off the skin when you want it gone. Hope this helps some.

Anyone remember getting Elmers glue on your hands in school? The stuff dries up and comes right off. It's non-toxic and probably not an irritant. Hell I used to put it on my fingers and pull it off because I thought the impression of my fingerprints was cool LOL

This should also appear in other forums, many wonder how to stop those fuck-me stocking tops from rolling on thighs.............

Anybody know anymore of where to get this?

Ron
Sorry for the hijack.

It's not going to make it fall off or turn green. It's fine.

It may burn like a son of a bitch though. Keep in mind the skin there is a lot different than your fingers.

Unless you're planning on soaking your penis in straight acetone, it probably won't. Using a Q-tip soaked in acetone or nail polish remover will do a good job of breaking down any cyanoacrylates with minimal, if any, irritation. You don't need to bathe in it.

Thanks, I'll try to keep that in mind.

I would go with stef on this one...........this one knows what she is talking about, well read and quite intelligent with a great deal of life experience.

Incidentally;

My great uncle, who was born before the turn of the last century once told me that growing up and going to one of those little one room country schoolhouses, when anyone got head lice, they set up a 55 gallon drum of kerosene and the kids stripped (one at a time in private in the basement) and were scrubbrushed in it. He said it burned like hell including his little weiner. He lived to the ripe old age of 89. He chewed snuse, never smoked.........wonder why?

LOL

This is going to sound really strange feline, but it will work. i've used this trick when my kids wanted something pasted on them temporarily (no, i still don't understand why kids want some things). If you take a bit of white bleached flour and mix it with a little bit of water into a very thick paste (thicker the better), you can use it to stick things to skin for long enough to photograph (if the skin is dry). There isn't the danger of sugar or manmade chemicals, the gluten in the flour is what makes it sticky. Water will wash it off. You'll have to be precise while applying because it will show white if you don't. Otherwise, you could use it as a sort of body paint, i suppose. Be aware, while it won't hurt anything, it does itch some when it's dry.

Grins happily and has a good cackle in real life.

Thanks shy. That does sound fun. And a little itchyness wouldn't hurt the subs position:))

Mnottertail,
Any store that sells health care equipment should have this. I'm not sure if Wal-Mart has it, but I know they sell the pressure stockings so they might. You may ask your doc or nurse if they know where to get it too. I just know I have found it at any health care equipment store. Thats why I origanally got it to keep up those damn stockings!!

I don't know that this would truly be an issue but I'm imagining the superglued beads getting pretty painful depending on whether the man is soft or hard when you apply them. If he's hard will the superglue and/or beads cause problems and pain when he starts to "deflate?" Also, if you don't manage to get all the superglue off could the hardened bits cause irritation? On the other hand if he's soft when you apply it could it tear the skin if he starts to get aroused? That would be an embarassing story to tell an ER Doctor.
Just some thoughts that popped into my head when I read this...someone feel free to back it up with actual experience/info.

~Ms. A~

How long does the adhesive need to stay on and does it need to be clear for aesthitic purposes? My first thought, strangely enough, was a low temp hot glue or wax. Both peel off nicely when cooled and aren't tooooo terribly hot to the skin.

Oh just long enough for a nice photo shoot. Clear would be nice but it's not extreamly important.

Tincture of Benzoin is liquid stick. Would probably work really well for the stockings, but its got a light yellow color when applied. The cure to getting ToB off once you are done with it is rubbing alcohol.

Best 'nice' way to remove crazy-glue or dermabond is to rub in vaseline. All those vaseline based antibiotic ointments are a nightmare with dermabond – it will disolve the stuff. While acetone will work, vaseline is nicer and is actually necessary in certain areas like the eyes which is for some reason a favorite place for people to accidentally superglue themselves. You just have to rub the vaseline in fairly well for it to work.
