I was poly long before I ever even touched BDSM... I started as a sub and became a switch.. I was bisexual even before I figured out what a relationship was. I think it's all a matter of personal preference.

Out of My personal experience, I'm strictly mono, and heterosexual....granted I was bi-curious at one point, I decided against it.  Now I'm not bashing on bi-sexuality, nor polygamous relationships, My case is just a tad different.  I grew up along side My partner, and will be going 9 years here come this summer...so I grew knowing only what it is to commit to one partner and traditional relationship style....>_>;  But according to a majority of the input here, it would seem actually that most of the switches here are straight, and monogamous.

I only see it online since I live in the rural South a.k.a. Bible Belt.  As for myself, I'm monogamous and heterosexual, though not strictly so.  I will play with another with permission, and while I might have a female pet, it's not a romantic relationship nor are we sister subs.

At 18 you really dont know what it means to commit to one person. Nor should you.
