I'm just wondering what kind of STD's, if any, you can catch from holding the crotch of a girl's dirty panties to your face to sniff while masturbating? Is it dangerous even if she hasn't worn them for one or two days?

Certain STD's can live outside of the host up to several days, such as aids, Aids, is spread by contact with bodily fluids, if you can get things like hep from  dirty toilet seats,  ins ome cases, Might be able to get something from used panties. I don't know though.

There is a slight risk of contracting Hep A and/or Hep B. Hep C is only contracted through tainted blood and sharing dirty needles.There is a risk of contracting a yeast infection, which around the mouth is commonly known as Thrush. The risk of contracting HIV on soiled clothing is practically non existant as the virus is not able to survive very long outside a host, medical officials stat between 1-2 minutes on average.

edited to add: The HPV virus is able to survive longer periods by becoming dormant.

STD's from sniffing panties? The odds of catching an STD would be over 1 in a billion. AIDS, Hep, and other Viral STD's are practically dead after hitting air. However, catching CRABS can be a possibility. Those little critters can live a good while before needing to feed. 

Bacteria wise, it depends on the strength of you own immunity system. Assuming you are healthy, the worse I can forsee is a possible sore throat or sinus cold. Then again, it's best to know that the panty wearer has a YEAST INFECTION or not prior to sniffing and having them rubbed over your face. 

Anyways, here is the CDC site for info on STD's Viral, Baterial, and other wise, to set yourself at ease.

In most cases, panty sniffing is a safe activity. Your two biggest concerns should be CRABS and YEAST INFECTIONS. It also wouldn't hurt to ensure the person didn't have a Flesh Eating Bacteria prior to sniffing there panites. 

Should you forsee your Imunity System being weakend because of personal reasons, treatments, or over exertion, a break might be best for you. If your immunity system has been comprimised, the inhilation of any bacteria or fungi spores on the panties could lead to phneumonia or some other lung infection.

AIDS actually dies very suddenly upon contact with air.  In fact the studies wherein people were injected with known AIDS syringes (accidentally, but tabulated in medical fields) showed a very very low risk of infection because the longevity of the virus outside the human body is exremely fragile.

Hell, you could catch a fist in the face and a knee to the groin, if you didn't ask before you fished 'em out of the hamper!
 
On the other hand...if you ask sweetly, some women would let you use them for a gag, or a blindfold...or just to wear over your head for the fun of it.

What does the bacteria look like? I'll have to google that one. At any rate, I avoid panties where I see yellow, green, and or brown moist residue. If the panties have a slime texture, sniff at your own risk. I then suggest that you burn the panties and check yourself into the nearest hospital for an infection exam.

As previously stated your most likely to get thrush, which is a rather irritating yeast infection in the mouth and throat.  It is easily treated.  Otherwise sniff away my friend.

Maybe the OP should try some panty tea, I hear the boiling of said panties would remove thedanger of any nasty lil buggggs, without milk and sugar of course....and boil them clean too, a fresh canvas!
