Indigo, a few ideas you can do to help with the kneeling, 1-stretch out before extended kneeling periods including drinking water 2-do a sideways kneel, in other words you are sitting on your behind with your knees bent but sideways curled besides you. 3-don't try to do the perfect "nadu", instead be natural, if thighs parted feels better do so, if toes feel better curled under great, if you need to shift every few mins go ahead. 4-you can use a puffy exercise mat, i bought myself a chair cushion which works wonders, or a nice big pillow to place under when you kneel. 5-Watch out for kneeling on rough surfaces, hard floors, or uneven surfaces. 6-make movements natural when knees start to hurt. Go from kneel to maybe on belly for a gentle little kiss on the foot when knees start to give out, maybe teasingly roll over brushing your hair against his thigh ect......don't make focus on the lack of kneeling time... 7-please inform your owner of any problems, any aches, your medical conditions or pain you are experience. Talk to him about what he suggest as to altenate kneelings or other forms of rituals you can do for him. 8-practice, meditate, kneel, stretch and relax into the kneel Hope this helps, at least this is what i do for kneeling
