Leave Sue out of this for a moment.

A question backatcha - ever notice that guys who show little respect for women have every reason under the sun for why its not their fault?

I haven't, but then I don't spend much time perving women's profiles.

I really am a bunch of tulips, by the way. I whisper my thoughts to kind honeybees, which then land on and press down the necessary keys.

Yes, I have noticed people can be incredibly deceptive when it comes to the avatars that they have chose for themselves.....Some of them are so far removed from what is the true appearance of that person in all actuality...........What are these people thinking?

It's wrong...It's false advertising and a shameful act....Some people!! They fucking sicken me.

mya75 -> RE: Ever notice that "the bigger the girl in real life, the sexier the stock photo online"? (10/28/2007 1:37:04 PM)

hmm is the person who posted the thread referring to the picture on the left of here when we type???? if thats the case "pfffft" I dont pay attention to those really and hardly consider it deception avatars are just a way to express yourself not always having to show the true you or a reflection of it...I assumed he was talking about pictures in profiles

GentleLee -> RE: Ever notice that "the bigger the girl in real life, the sexier the stock photo online"? (10/28/2007 1:39:23 PM)

Does it matter what avatar someone has, really? And doesn't the word avatar actually mean "a new personification of a familiar idea"?

And if us big girls like kittens and that sexy nurse cartoon, and skinny males like sports cars and footballs, whats the difference?

I don't like posts posted out of boredom or with the purpose to stoke someone up.

It could be seen as unfair. But so would be making generalizations. Or blaming an entire group for something that not all of them do.

Masternslave07 -> RE: Ever notice that "the bigger the girl in real life, the sexier the stock photo online"? (10/28/2007 1:55:25 PM)

I have noticed that "lil" or "little" in the profile name usually means they aren't. But I guess guys sending "cock" shots kinda makes it even.

courtesan32 -> RE: Ever notice that "the bigger the girl in real life, the sexier the stock photo online" (10/28/2007 1:58:21 PM)

s'funny how "Tupac" was able to communicate with us throught the medium of the internet, agreeing with the opinion that some people don't represent themsleves truthfully with their photos.................................................................

mya75 -> RE: Ever notice that "the bigger the girl in real life, the sexier the stock photo online"? (10/28/2007 1:58:29 PM)

I agree with "Masternslave07" I noticed that too.. Ha-ha I was thinking the same thing "Courtesan" but I wanted to see if the person who posted the thread was speaking on avatar or profile pics...because I was definately going to say "Um I know you dont look like Mr.Shakur.....

SeeksOnlyOne -> RE: Ever notice that "the bigger the girl in real life, the sexier the stock photo online"? (10/28/2007 2:01:28 PM)

PassionateTulip -> RE: Ever notice that "the bigger the girl in real life, the sexier the stock photo online"? (10/28/2007 2:03:08 PM)

See, I'm going to take this differently than you intended, just because that is what I love doing. Of course the bigger women have the sexier photos.... because they are sexier that way. :-P It's nice to know you like BBW....

I honestly don't understand the whole "avatar" concept myself, but hey, whatever floats a boat or two or three or bunches of women, men, or otherwise. Some people display people they admire, others display who they feel they are.

Our bodies are not always what we make of them if we don't have lots of money, or if we don't believe in risking our lives to be what a part (not all) of society wants us to be... but SOME people fear what others think. SOME people care what others think, and still SOME people act and live based upon what others think. We are given the bodies we have for a reason. Sometimes it is to know suffering. Sometimes it is to sympathize for others. Sometimes it is to decieve. Sometimes, though rarely, it is to truly show the world what is on the inside.

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: Ever notice that "the bigger the girl in real life, the sexier the stock photo online" (10/28/2007 2:10:37 PM)

Hello Master Dave,

If a big/older woman feels confident enough in their sexuality to express that confidence with a sexy avatar, I say good for them.  Is it false advertising, if the women ARE sex kittens - even if they aren't YOUR brand of sex kitten?  That was a rhetorical question.  No need to answer it.

TemptingNviceSub -> RE: Ever notice that "the bigger the girl in real life, the sexier the stock photo online"? (10/28/2007 2:54:26 PM)

I think I will answer this in two part harmony..If you are referring to the avatars on the choice lists then I say..the choice usually is selected beacause of its appeal to that individual..anywhere from smiley faces to fairies to cartoon characters, you never really know what is behind that avatar in reality..you only know that their choice means something to them..If you refer to the real picture that some have posted of themselves as being misleading, then one may have to also question your own picture...How long ago was it taken?..how many pounds ago was it taken? Are you always dressed with suit and tie?  or are you in reality a slob who goes about in torn shirts and 3 day old crusty drawers? Are you usually that dour? or is the lack of smile on your face due to jock itch? This kind of thing can go on and on...I guess it comes down to how accurate is accurate..how important is appearance to you....and how much the misleading you have experienced may have been due to your own misconceptions or hopes.....Face it..no one is going to post a picture of themselves looking less than what they think is their best....It is up to you to come to terms with the reality versus your fantasy..Tempting
