hey guys! I'm taking Topamax and Seroquel and cannot orgasm very easily at all! I get there very easily, but it's dirinving me nuts that I can't get over the edge very often! Any suggestions??

Since i'm not a medical professional, i haven't the faintest idea what those meds are or what they do. However, many prescription medications have sexual side effects, from lack of desire on. My advice would be to talk frankly to the doctor that prescribed you these meds, tell him or her exactly what's wrong, and see if there isn't another medication for your problem that won't have this particular side effect. I know when the doc gave me Seroquel for Bi-polar, it made me not want to do anything and that included having an orgasm. Not sure if thats what the side effects are for you, but it could be. If you continue to have problems and it bothers you, talk with your doctor, they may be able to change your meds.

Not sure how long you have been on either one??? But it takes time for your system to get used to them, sometimes months hang in there.[:-]

Sexual sideffects are big with drugs for mental illnesses. I am on several and I do have some problems with them, but I try to concentrate more..I still have problems with arousal and orgasm, but I like that better than the alternative! Over these many years, I have just learned to cope. One of mine is seroquel too.. Respectfully, sultry
