I never want to fear my Mistress and trust her completely instead.  I may at times be a bit anxious when she keeps me in anticipation of what's to come next or especially when we explore what will be new territory for me, but to me that seems only normal.  I still trust her to take me where ever we're going to go and always look forward to making the journey with her.

I would feel very deprived in not being able to share my Mistress' orgasms with her.  Having mine isn't all that important to me, if it happens at all, compared to seeing that my Mistress is well satisfied.  It's very emotionally satisfying for me to be able to share in hers though; being a part of them and knowing I've contributed to her pleasure in some way.
