Ok, so my husband and I have some great new European porn films. They're great, I mean, my God, those fucking movies are the bomb! I noticed there's quite a bit of "ass-to-mouth" action going on and I'm thinking to myself, "How do you get an asshole clean enough, even on the inside, to do that??" Does anyone have any experience in this area? It's just not my can of Diet Ginger Ale, but I'm curious as to how they 'prepare' for this type of play.

As exciting as this may look, i think Y/you should know how dangerous it is. Even with the most fastidious enema that area would still have traces of fecal matter even if not visible to the naked eye. The intestines are populated by many organisms that can cause serious illness, including Hepatitis A and E. coli among others. Before Y/you seriously consider doing this, i would recommend getting a Hepatitis A vaccine and if possible use a dental dam.

Also, I'm told that a lot of porn looks like ass to mouth, but there is actually a cut in between. The stars are definitely using enemas and anal douches, though. I looooove euro-porn, especially anything from a slavic country, but I've been watching a lot of British stuff too. You do an enema and you'll get most of the gross stuff off, the rest is gravy (and probably not as bad as what you'll find on a public telephone). C~

There's always a risk, but it's a small one, even smaller with an enema. Worst we've had over the years is a 24-hour bug that might have been attributed to it. If you're the bottom, just remember that it's your own ass (unless you're doing A2OM), so there is no additional risk for STDs. Someone performing analingus on you would probably have more qualms... even though you are getting the deeper flavors. :3 Have fun eating ass!

Anyone with a comprimised immune system which can be caused by a number of things,shouldnt be doing A2M. I wouldnt do it butt to each their own. Enemas and dental dams would certainly help,but not always prevent illness. As far as the mouthwash I have heard you can do this,it seems though that by the time you get around to using it...germs are already in any abrasions or cuts you have in the mouth.

I expect that they use the same preparation (or lack there of) they use for anal sex - just enough to keep from having a messy scene. I would imagine in some cases that would mean an enema, but probably not in most. Provided you have a pretty good diet, there is only a window of a few hours before and after having to go where things will be messy. I would expect that the money or inclusion in the film is a major influence and safety is not given much thought. As previously stated, there is no STD risk in A2M (same person) and not much greater risk in A2OM because the girls (or guys, I suppose) would have done an uprotected oral scene together. Having done both A2M and A2OM, the best way to clean out for it is to do a deep cleaning enema - with those 2 quart enema bags you can get from a drugstore. It's sometimes even a good idea to do it two or three times to try and get it as clean as you can. It will never be perfect and you may still taste something you don't want. Deep cleaning can keep the nasty away better, but as long as it's not too bad, I don't mind, as it's all part of my humilation and degredation. And there are no cut-aways in porn - the girls suck the cocks right out of their assholes with no cleaning done in between.
