i am thinking of getting my breasts lifted or implants, got to lift these puppies up! get back to what i was before the kids and going up 4 cup sizes in five years! perkyness wise.

my question is:
How would the implants or a lift affect my ability to have my breast played with?  ie, bound, beaten, smacked, pinched, squeezed, and so on.
Does anyone do breast play and have implants or have had them lifted? would love to hear from you.

i dont know if it has been addressed before, sorry in advance if it has.

Status: offline 		I would think the best thing to do would be ask the DR. Most implants are filled with saline but still better to ask your Dr. Better safe then sorry.

Status: offline 		I would second that.  I'm no expert, but I think there will be some amount of limitations depending on how hard/severe your level of play is.  I've heard (again, no expert here) everything from women losing feeling in their nipples (because of the surgery) to burst implants doing all kinds of horrible damage.  I've also heard plenty of women say how completely satisfied they were.  But all had to be just a little bit careful with them.  Ask your doctor.

You should talk to a doctor. You may need both if you want that Hollywood look. If you just want to feel comfortable, a lift may do it.
They are using silicone again, but it's still questionable.
Please do this procedure only if you are unhappy with your image and it will help you to feel better. In other words - do it just for yourself, and not to be perfect.

Status: offline 		Well, I consider myself an expert -- because I have breast implants, both sides, as a result of bi-lateral radical mastectomy.  (in other words, I had breast cancer so bad, all they could do was cut out everything from chin to belly)

Implants are HORRIBLE.

They do not match body temperature; if it is cold out, your chest WILL BE COLD.  If it is hot out, your chest WILL BE HOT.  This isn't a problem if you have enough tissue left to shiver or sweat, so it might not bother you.

They do not feel even remotely like boobs, either from the inside, or from the outside.  They feel like silicon bags full of saline jelly.  Oh wait! that's because they ARE....

They look dreadful, even if they are only used as augmentation.  They do not move the way breast tissue moves; if you raise your arms, people can see the outline of the implants.  If you lower your arms, people can see the outline of your implants.  If you lie on your back, people can see the outline of your implants.  If you stand up, people can see the outline of your implants.

I have never, ever seen implants that look real, and honestly the first thing in my head when I see a woman with "augments" is, Oh, you poor plastic thing, were you aware we can all see the little balloons in your boobies?

You cannot practise breast bondage safely if you have breast implants.

You cannot practise breast impact (smacking, spanking, flogging, etc) if you have breast implants.

Need I go on?  I thought not.

Your best bet is to lose weight and tone up overall.  Swimming is good for this, as is aerobic dancing, and you can do both at home, for minimal cost.  (Guess how I know that?)

Once your body is toned up, go back to your mirror and look again -- if you still don't like what you see, consider reduction/lifting procedures.  These procedures aren't much different from a face lift or eyelid lift, and are safer than a tummy or butt-tuck.

Good luck with whatever you decide!

You experience sounds horrific and I am so sorry that you or anyone ever has to deal with such a situation.  I truly hope you are and remain cancer free.. 
However, my experience was much different that Morniel's..
To the OP:
Depending on the amount of "droop", some need only implants, some need only a lift.  There are times where if you just have a lift, there is a noticable lack of "fullness" on the top and these are the cases where the patient would benefit from both a  lift and implants. After a lifetime of yo yo dieting, and nursing two kids I needed help badly!   In celebration of my 40th bday, I got a lift and silicone (gummy bear type) implants a year ago..  Now I don't know about heavy bondage because, yes, frankly it scares me because of the surgery.  But as far as look and feel?  because they are the gummy bear silicone, no one can really tell they aren't mine.. They dont have that "boob job" look..  I look in the mirror and touch them all the time and I have to say, they are pretty spectacular..  PM me on the other side if you are interested in more details..

Status: offline 		I have implants and have been doing breast bondage on them for 6 years with no problem, they look really good and feel nice(of course not like natural ones). They are saline though, and myself and my partners have loved them. Though i havent done extensive impact play on them so cant say on that, but i've done some very very tight breast bondage ALOT with no harmful affects.

As for having a breast lift, as long as you let it heal right there is no problems with play. And be very careful if doing both a lift and implants, I know of a domme that had that done and they literally exploded(ie: like he creatures from aliens coming out of the egg thingy). So be very careful is doing both at same time.

Status: offline 		I am a huge fan of the natural look (I wont even tip a stripper with implants) I took a look at your profile and I thought there was nothing wrong with what I saw...

If you do intend on going through with it be sure to talk to doctors about your concerns. Unfortunately the KAP list in North Carolina is short.

Now, I am only an hour away, I would be more than willing to take a look in person and give you my opinion

BossyShoeBitch, thank You for Your responce.  i like to say that after having the girl and the twins, i went from a 36 B to a 42 DDD LONG!, LOL. not to say i am totally flat, but to me i am damn near!   i dont want it for anyone but me and my self image, i have been losing weight, even up top, but they just arent perking up like i would like them too.  i am glad You have had such a good experience with them. 

and latexbarbiets, thank you so much for your responce, i do like breast bondage and kind of heavy play. so i would most definatly ask my doctor, but shoot, what to say, "hey doc i love to have my breasts beaten, can i still do that?" LOL

Status: offline 		You need to be aware that the look of implants is totally different when done for upsizing than for reconstruction after mastectomies. Mastectomy reconstruction is done to give the chest a seminormal look when clothed, and can look odd unclothed. For one thing the amount of tissue removed is considerable and can't be replaced by an implant.      For breast enlargement, yes, saline implants are obvious when taken to extremes, and I have never felt one that felt like real boobs (I'm a surgery nurse).  I love the look and feel of silicone and nothing has ever been proved by anyone that silicone causes anything. If that was true then we wouldn't use silicon implant for testicular reconstruction.  For me silicon would be the way to go.

However, you need to talk to your plastic surgeon. You need to make sure he is a board certified plastic surgeon, not a cosmetic surgeon who is a plastic surgeon wantabe, with less training, or worse - a general surgeon who does this to make money on the side- with no special training. Can you tell I have an  opinion about this? lol.   Any surgery is inherently dangerous, but if you are careful you shouldn't have any problems.

Also , if your breast have volume but are stretched out, then a mastopexy or breast lift may be the way to go for you. I have had one and the girls never looked so good.

Status: offline 		As for talking to your doctor, you may not want to be as blunt as "hey doc i love to have my breasts beaten, can i still do that?" but you can still ask the question.  It will depend on your doctor's personality, but perhaps something along the lines of "I'm a bit sexually adventurous and I enjoy it when my partner is rough with my breasts.  What will and won't be possible with the implants?"  Keep in mind that all doctors had to intern somewhere and that means seeing plenty of people who come in with strange objects stuck in various holes that got there when the "fell on them".  There is even a site that has the x-rays of various objects (Rectal Foreign Bodies - do a search).  I doubt you will shock your doctor if you take the a serious approach.  Given that you won't be in the ER with an injury, they won't be forced to report you like some domestic violence laws require and your "secret" will be safe due to doctor-patient confidentiality.
