This is an easy (and often exceedingly funny) game.

Each person answers the wish above in a creatively funny negative way, and then makes a wish for the next respondent to answer.

For example: I wish I didn't have to work tonight.
Answer: Ok, you don't have to work tonight. But you will have to work every other night for the rest of your life.

So, are you ready? Good! Let's play!

I wish I didn't have to get a tetanus shot.

yes, you are tied to the bed all day, because Daddy just got his electrical play kit, and decided today is a good day to really test your limits.
