Mummification: In my eagerness to get him wrapped and ready for play, I forgot to cut holes for him to breathe...He was turning red and fighting me before I realized my mistake. We laughed hysterically about it for days!

One time, I tied a suspension in a slightly different way than usual. Not a big problem, but when I untied my girlsfriend this implied she was loose earlier than usual. And just then she bend forward, expecting to stil be tied to the overhead point.... and so she fell. Pretty stupid mistake, no serious injuries, fortunately. But it was pretty dumb.

Excellent thread by the way, we should really learn from each others mistakes more!

I know this is supposed to be a funny thread, but for safety and education purposes, NEVER tie someone and then leave them alone. You were lucky that nothing serious happened, but what if there were a fire and she could not get free?

When I was much younger I was seeing an army guy who had told me about this whole breakin through the window rape fantasy thing ... Now he did not actually say he was going to make this fantasy a reality but took my listening and queations as interest and somehow wires got crossed and he thought it was ok to come through my window that night .... I hit him with a base ball bat ... not quite the fantasy he invisioned ... good comunication is a necessity and make sure the girl does not sleep with a base ball bat should be part of the preparation lol.
