Yes, the shape of the vulva determines how you play with it. To take an obvious example, some women have minimal inner labia, thus, I don't do an awful lot of clamping on their inner labia, because it's hard to do. Women with prominent inner labia take to clamping much better. Surface area, you know.

Cunts are both pretty much the same (in that a given cunt is more like another cunt than either is like, say, a foot) and very different (in that I've been with a decent amount of women and seen a lot of variety in labia shape and size, pubic bone protrusion, clitoris size, and vaginal curve, shape, and depth).
