Instead, it shortens your breathing causing less oxygen to get to your body. Corset training also restricts movement and can decrease blood supply to certain parts of the body. Strong corsets also act as a back support causing your lower back muscles to weaken over time. Think of it as a back brace or weight trainning belt. Wearing one 24/7 may help your back at first but when does your back acturally get exercise and strengthening? If and when worn too long, your back will become dependent upon the corset. If you don't like what I have to say, you can always research the old threads where other corset makers and wearers talk about what happend during and after wearing a corset.
