I might actually be offended if I weren't the most loyal and devoted slave on earth!   Ah, just another classic generalization.  There really is no fact to base this claim on.  This statement is along the same lines as asking why European dommes are more snobbish and snooty than their American counterparts.  Neither generalization is fair or true because there are different degrees of submission and what actually is acceptable and encouraged by the dommes, just like there are some really laidback and playful European dommes and some really materialistic and snobby American dommes.

All I know is I'll serve my owner with the best of my abilities and no one else comes before Her.  I think I have excellent style while serving Her, too.  My efforts have earned me Her collar, so I must be doing something right.

Besides, if speaking in a funny accent makes one a better slave, I bet people born and raised in Massachusetts are the best on earth.  LOL  (Just kidding, people...I live way down south in Louisiana.  We have really strange accents, too.)

GT, I didn't know there was a rule I couldn't post within two days of my subscription.
And to answer your question, "collarme" in not the only place on this planet to get in contact with slaves. 
I prefer a face to face meeting than wasting hours chatting on the computer.

we actually pay attention to the condition of our teeth. Beyond that generalization, don't trust any generalizations. We are all individuals and should be judged on our own merits.

Status: offline 		Ok, I agree that I dislike generalizations, and really don't have the experience to compare...but one thing I have noticed - several of the slaves who approach me looking for a new Mistress have been enslaved by a European Domme who left the states and went back to her own country. I am just wondering if the general scene is much bigger over there?

Status: offline 		As far as my eye can deduce, European slaves don't need watering in June - particularly the Dutch - which gives them a distinct advantage.

Regards to the Americans slaves, too.

Status: offline 		awwwwwwwwwww.... that's just so not fair.... and really not a nice way to introduce yourself.  This is a pretty good bunch of people here and you come out swinging an ax...

How about we reword the question (cause I think it's an interesting idea, minus the insult):

I've been around the life for awhile and I've noticed some marked differences between European and American slaves.  The areas that are piquing my curiosity are devotion, loyalty and style while servicing.

Has anyone else noticed a difference in behavior or attitude of the different slaves based on where they come from?  Is it a cultural difference?  History?  Expectations of the Dom/me? or am I off kilter and there really is no gap? 

*sunshine miss adds this:  And what about people from other areas?  Asia, New Zealand/Australia, etc.?

- Better attitude in service.
- Not trying to top from the bottom.
- Better understanding of their position.
- No problem in performing domestic chores even if not supervized.  
- Sex is not their main focus.
- Perform of service without any expectation of rewards after.
- Deeper honesty.


As many answered is probably just a matter of person I got in touch with. I guess I've been unlucky with the Americans I met.

Answer to sunshinemiss: I didn't mention Asian and Australian because I've never met one.

Answer to jeffff: I don't think European Doms are softer than Americans. Don't forget that everything started here not there. :)

Status: offline 		i can't really say nuffin, coz all the american subs/slaves i know, like subs and slaves form all ova the world really, most are just really nice people.
 
i think there prolly are some differences, but i think its for there Master or Mistress to say if they are good or bad differences, and EVERY Master and Mistress is different, so i just think wot 1 says might not be the same as wot Another 1 says. Some like blind obedience and doormats, and Others like subs/slaves wot can think for themselfs... is 1 betta than the other? ..
 
i just think it depends on compatability is all.

1 . "Better attitude in service" - so are you saying American slaves are too snobbish in their attitudes about serving?  there are those who love to serve and those who don't. i'm one of those who hates to serve (i have the "get it your own damn self" attitude).

2. "Not trying to top from the bottom" - that  i think is a blatant generalization on your part. has every slave you came in contact with tried to top you from the bottom? did you use the ever popular  "on your knees, hand me your wallet and lick my boots like you love them" approach in your messages? or were you less domly and more of your natural human self while contacting these slaves?then afterwards, did you spend getting to know them or jumped right into being a dominatirx? the problem might lay in your approach towards them - not them.

3. "Better understanding of their position" - oh so are you saying they are natural-born slaves and were taught since birth their position than their American counterparts? hot damn where do i find one like that?!

4. "No problem in performing domestic chores even if not supervized" - LOL. i hate to be the one to tell you this however most American men are lousy housekeepers ...many hire cleaning companies to clean for them. so again, that proably lays with you for not really doing a thorough screening. i'm thrilled to hear that Euro male slaves are superb experts in domestic housechores.

5. "Sex is not their main focus" - oh really?! so every American male slave is thinking about sex? gosh darn learned something new. so what is the Euro slave's main focus these days?

6. "Perform of service without any expectation of rewards after" - another generalization on your part. i have some Euro slaves (not here but elsewhere) who expected something in return. there are i'm sure many American slaves who do perform service without expectations of a reward - you just have to be willing to do extensive search for that one or few.

7. "Deeper honesty" - show me a twue honest Euro male slave, i'll hand you the deed to the Sears Tower.  seriously! again another generalization. i cannot hardly believe that every Euro male slave has a deeper sense of honesty than American counterparts. virtually impossible.

Status: offline 		One must realize that the training style employed by Doms of different nationalities, different cultures, different countries are variable. Granted European styles may and will differ from North American methods, I mean hell, Canadian methods vary from our closet neighbor which is the US!
   As will everything else, training/teaching is constantly evolving to suit the needs of the dominant and then the submissive. Frankly to blatantly claim that European slaves are better then American slaves is based on a pile of bull. It doesn't take a genius to understand that a Dom trains their slave(s) to suit the individual needs of the owner. Trying to state that one is better then the other is just idiocy.
There is no "one better way"  There is no "my slave is better then your slave" and There is no "my training methods is better then your training methods"

This is my two cents worth (on Canadian currency) take it or leave it, it doesn't matter to me.

She would kick a storm if i wasn't available.. i started worried that i was gaining similar habits of Hers... (pc slave) So i had to break of after W/we met.. (not to mention my poor fingers tapping and banging on the keyboard.. )
