Hmm...well this is not entirely the same situation, but I was once in a position where that Dom insisted that he would not put his mouth anywhere near my nether regions for at least three days after he had cum in it. For an oposing perspective I'll say I consider semen gurgaling a submissive act that I'm not inclined to participate in, even if it is "my spunk".
