Status: offline 		latte and cookies.  I will be the first to admit that I do not follow any sort of healthy diet plan.  The only time I remotely did was when I had kids in the house.

Status: offline 		Steel cut oatmeal with dried fruit.. the dried fruit is high in sugars so I consider that junk food-ish.

Status: offline 		Katy I usualy don't even eat breaksfast, and every oneI know squaks at me about how bad it is, and it's important to eat a healthy breakfast but I'm not hungry in the morning. most mornings.

Status: offline 		I usually eat and apple and a bagel for breakfast, sometimes ramen if I have not bagels. My worst breakfast was a brownie, but my body rejected it and I ended up pukeing in the middle of a BDSM session.

Status: offline 		99.9% of the time my breakfast of champions consists of large quantities of coffee.   The worst thing i ever ate for breakfast?  my ex       

edited to add... also had a piece of cake for breakfast in the past, figured it was almost identical to a chocolate doughnut without the need to deep fry it.

Status: offline 		Bacon, egg and cheese bisquit..usually on weekends.  If anyone is around they seem to rave about them so..I get the job of making them.

Most mornings I eat yogurt with granola thrown in.

Today I had my homemade trail mix.......not junkfood at all. Oh, and 1/2 a grapefruit.

Ever..........I would say it is a toss up of Cheetos and coffee, Dingdongs and coffee, Poptarts and coffee, M&M's and coffee......ahhhhhhhh.........cake. I used to be a terrible eater. Lots and lots of sugary crap. I still eat too much of it, but I am doing better.

wenchie needs to wake me up early so she can eat her new breakfast.

In the good old non-dieting days - leftover pizza (actually almost any kind of leftover), cereal (I miss cereal!!), or toast.

Status: offline 		i usually eat a bowl of some kind of healthy cereal.   my favorite breakfast is cold pizza but since i have a teenage son in the house there usually isn't any leftover pizza, so it works out to my benefit most of the time.  my all time worst breakfast was spicy pork rinds...yes i love em!  sometimes the  white trash in me just takes over and i have no control at all hehe.

Status: offline 		I've eaten pretty much every sort of junk, and the time of day did not matter. An old favorite was a Cheeto sandwich, cheetos on whole wheat, with a slice of american cheese, and chocolate milk.
