I see many dominants browsing my profile, as well. I am sure it is a connection from one or more of my forum posts since there is really no other reason to be viewing my profile. That's the same and only reason I look at other people's profiles unless her pic is really hot.

I tend to look for several reasons. One is to see if there is a better way to express what I'm looking for and who I am. Two is for the forum posts that sound great. Three is for when I'm asked either by another I know in real life or through here. Four is when someone has taken a look at my profile, but did not leave a message. Five, when they do leave a message and let me know either constructive criticism or to see if their note was rude by accident or if they come across in their profile that way.

I perv a lot of profiles.
Mostly 'cause of what's said in the forums.
Sometimes for the pics.

But yanno, I've always wondered why so many male slaves, subs and switches look at my profile.
Then one called me Goddess the other day and begged to serve me...*sigh*
I had to tell him the truth though...

Dear XiaoTheOwl, Ladies and Gentlemen;

In addition to the wonderful answers made by others, sometimes looking at a profile gives an address or location, as to look up information for them and pass it along; such as munches, events and or support/education groups.

Just some thoughts.

For Me, it's always because of something that was written in the forums. More often than not, it's because of something funny that they have said, or I can identify with.

I like to know a little about the poster before I add my comments.

I have clicked on a DOM/Domme by mistake when browsing photos.

If a DOM is local, I might be checking out the competition.

If they were starting to show up on your admirers list ....then you might consider it a problem, but on the who's viewing you list most often it is just curiousity....not a big deal

This might have already been mentioned, so my apologies if i'm repeating.

my Master looks at the Doms who have been viewing my profile... out of curiosity to see who is perving me, where they're from, how old they are, etc. But He also looks at the subs/slaves who view my profile, too. There are so many different reasons for a person to look at another's profile that we shouldn't try to pin it down. The only thing that would worry me is if no one ever perved me. Talk about feeling rejected!

i might look at a profile of someone from the forums who said something interesting. i might say hello and thank the person for a new viewpoint that made me think a new way. i do not go down a list of who's online and perv them all. that seems to be happening alot, i get alot of male submissives perving me, which is expected if they don't know i'm looking for female friends. what i don't expect is what i got today, some male dominant asking me if i was under the care or consideration of a master. wtf?? excuse me, but you can't read "dominant female"? *sigh* some people just don't get it.

I've been guilty, on more than one occasion, of coming home after a long day; logging on here; seeing who's viewing me; thinking, "Hmm. Do I know that person?" and peeping them back.

Which occasionally prompts them to peep back at me. By which time, I've forgotten completely that I already looked at them [as it was a long day...]

"Hmm. Do I know that person?" And peep them yet again. I'm fairly certain other people do the same because I keeping peeping them and they keep peeping me until I snap my fingers and say,

"OH! Right. I saw this person before...when...oh, yeah...duh..."

*sighs*

OMM. No, that's not a Bhuddist throat murmur. It stands for Old Man Memory...a thing I have, similar to senility...
