ok... i explore a lot by myself to figure out what i do and don't like and what i can and cannot handle. i've never done and enema before, but Daddy mentioned loving the enema kink, so i did some research and it definitly turned me on as well, so i decided to see how it felt. BUT living at home till this weekend, i have to make due with t hings around me, SOO i did this (and i got the idea from another post on another website), i took the shower head off the hose in the shower, then i got a measureing cup to see how many seconds i have to count to, to fully get the effect of an enema. Then i sterlized the shower hose, and i lubed it up a lil, and put it in my ass turned the shower on and let it go till i was full enough. Automatically a bit came out, but i held as much in as i could for about 10 minutes, then i started cramping like crazy. So i released. AWESOME feeling, cept that cramping part. I loved it all, but here's my question.

Why did i cramp so badly and so suddenly? I know there is to be some cramping, but jeeezzzz!!! I wasn't expecting that much! maybe i'm just a rookie... who knows!

Also, has anyone ever done/used odd things to administer and enema? if so what?

thanks for all your advice and information in advance!!

You cramped like you did because you probably didn't use the correct temperature of the liquid and you probably filled yourself way too fast.

Enemas, done incorrectly, can cause damage. You really should only use sterile, safe enema equiptment, which is purchased readily at your local drug store.

Just because someone says you should do something on the internet doesn't mean common sense should fly out the window.... There are good resources on the internet that you can find that will tell you exactly how to self-administer an enema. The one you found I don't think was so good.

You might find more helpful tips here The Enema Within

i would be careful whit that if i were you, it is not werry hygenicly and whit a shower head it is easy to fill up to mutch and brake somthing inside of you, and trust me, you dont want to do that. Also, while i have never had an enema, i have heard that if you use to cold wather there will be more cramps.

Using a shower head or any other continuous-flow system for an enema is a VERY BAD idea unless you know exactly what you're doing. Even then, it's still unsafe. You could very realistically kill yourself if the pressure built up too quickly in the wrong spot. Your colon, while it might be nice to play with, is NOT a toy, it is a delicate part of your body and can be ruptured/torn/penetrated easily, which can lead to sepsis and other REALLY BAD THINGS that can kill you well before the ambulance ever arrives.

Just go to your local drugstore, they will have enema kits in the pharmacy, which will come with nice illustrated instruction sheets. Many people use them for medical reasons, and when administered by hand they are as safe as anything else we nutty folks do to each other :)

I like the "Fleet" brand disposable enema kits that you can get at just about any drugstore. They are pre-measured and have a one-way tip that ensures you don't fill yourself too quickly.

I'm curious how you sterilized a shower hose. Did you boil it? Use steam? Autoclave it?

I like this one too, especially for a beginner, not too much fluid in the colon.
As for sterile, my understanding is that things should be clean going into rectum, not necessarily sterile, because that isn't a sterile place at all. M

filled myself to fast is prolly it, but as for tempature.. definitly not it... not like i'm shooting myself up with freezing cold water.. i let the tap flow in the bath to a certain tempature then i turned on the shower head....

thanks everyone for your info, i'm aware of the dangers, but i'm a tough stubborn girl and i did a very good amount of research before choosing this way to administer an enema... and as for going to the store and buying the fleet enema's i will do that when i move out... always planned to.. BUT i got parents here who go thru EVERYTHING i own, and no privacy unless i'm home from work sick (which i am today)... and they question everything so if i said i'm doing it for medical reasons they'd give me the third degree and im a crappy liar.

something else, i talked to my doctor before i did this to make sure it was safe because i just hit my third trimester in my pregnancy. He cleared it all, but i read in more then a few places that it can dehidrate you very fast... any pregnant women ever have this problem? (maybe i should make a new post for this question?)

Aren't you the same person that talked about tit and pussy nailing, and now you're telling us you're over six months pregnant?

Scary.

she is the same who was asking about tit and pussy nailing but she also mentioned that her husband is overseas and won't be back till after the baby is born...she isn't planning on any nailing while pregnant.

You say you spoke with your doctor about it, but did you tell him that you were intending to use the shower hose? Or that you were not doing this due to constipation (which is typically part of pregnancy), but rather "just for kicks"?

I would almost guarantee that your severe cramping had quite a bit to do with your pregnancy. No offense, but you are about responsible to more than just your own life now. At the moment, yours or your Master's desires are secondary. Unless of course the life inside you is not a priority.

You should not induse cramps like that when pregnant. i am sorry but this just sound unresposible. Either get the proper equipment, or if you insist on playing whit your life, wait unthil it is only your life you endanger not the life of your kid as well.

That would have made it cleaner, but would not sterilize it. And sterilizing the tip of an enema is NOT necessary. I was just being a bit snarky, because it's clear that she doesn't know what she's doing, but is making stuff up as she goes.

It is not safe, by any stretch of the imagination, to use the water pressure in household pipes to fill a colon, and there is no way any doctor would have told her it was safe to do this, especially while she's pregnant. It sounds like the set-up for a Darwin Award.

yes my Doctor knows ALL about my kinky side... since i got pregant i wanted to be able to play, but be safe as possible so i told him about it all. And i realize that my child is more important then anything right now. Hence the reason i am asking all these questions, and asking my doctor... and researching etc etc etc.
