Head always hurts, constant headache, the pain is on the right rear, just above the neck, with a sharp needle pain threw my right eye, ( slight headache)

I don't mean to be a worry-wort, but if this is the worst headache you have had in your life, go to the hospital NOW.
Right before I had a brain aneurysm, I had this same time of pain. Doctor told me if I had waited I would have died, because the bleed would have gone into my head. I had brain surgery that night. Headaches, especially one like you just described are not to be ignored.

Just sayin...
