Status: offline 		The last two summers I just could not handle the heat at all. I would literally feel like my head was joing to explode and get beet red. So far (knock wood) it isn't bothering me. I'm not going to get too excited yet, there is hotter stuff coming and much more strenous work than I've been doing. Just taking it easy and working my way into it.

The horses are miserable also. I've just been letting them do whatever they want. No riding or training. Just keeping them in fresh water and sprayed for flies and mosquitos.

We went from very cool weather to really hot. Just a little over a week ago we had lows down in the 40's and even a night or two in the high 30's. Wearing sweats and wooly socks. Now it's, melt your face off, hot. And lots of rain and bad storms are making it grossly humid. I think it was 93% the other day and is high 80something right now with the temp pushing 90.

Thank god for a cool shower at the end of the day and central air. I would be miserable trying to sleep without it.

Status: offline 		Eat when you're hungry, butterfly. It's better to eat 5-6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 large meals.

Status: offline 		I hate that the hawks seem to have left the area.  I think I figured out WHY... the retention pond next door has dried up, so no more frogs etc that were their food source.

Status: offline 		Speaking of frogs, I hate that I had to kill A LOT of tadpoles last night.

I just want to know how a frog got in and back out of that big water tank to lay the eggs! And if the tadpoles were tickling the horses lips when they were getting a drink...........

Status: offline 		I hate after moving getting a new primary care dr.  I in general avoid medical doctors but I need referrals for a couple of medical issue that a primary cant handle. They just totally wipe me out mentally because I cant pop off specific dates due to my memory problems, I can only give an approx date.  She asked why I didnt keep a calendar and I told her I had tried and always forgot to write things down.  So she told me I needed someone to keep up with it for me......Geeez make me feel better and lessen the anxiety, drawing home the fact that certain things I jsut cant take care of or keep up with.  Will I ever finda dr that can understand the mental problems instead of making me feel like a mewling idiot.

She is check my tummy area and I had my pants unzipped and there was an obvious bruise from BP biting me. She asked how I got it and I just stumbled and stammered and finally said it was concentual.  So when she did a breast exam she didnt ask about one that was there. wheeewww 
I hate that I have to get a mamo on the 2nd and be referred to a breast specialist due to a questionable area last year.

I swear she had me in the room 2 hours, but very through, although she talked about certain changes and when I asked alternatives she just looked at me and said this is an first assement and that she couldnt answer that this quickly. 
Im mean hello if your going to cut off treatment of something the least she could do was ive me an idea of how to deal with the issue since she was disallowing current treatment.
Example she told me to get off HRT since there was a suspicious area...okay her reason made sense, being
Im in FL and its wicked hot I voiced my concerns about the reason I went on was my body was not regulating my internal heat making me feel like I was boiling over, these systems were hitting me in dead winter in NYC, so it was a definate problem.  She told me to step off which like I said I am willing to do without HRT as I really hadnt wanted to go that route anyway....and she flipped off, I cant go into all that in one visit.....Hello!!!! The reason I went on the HRT was because of more than usual heating up problems.  I hate dr's that avoid questions or flat say it will have to be addressed later.....ugh

Its sad that I dont get anxiety attacks seeing a mental health dr but a medical dr just totally wipes me out.

Status: offline 		Sacramento did that too we went from days where it was breasy and pleasant and down right chill at night to days that were 100. And we're supposed to be getting intp an even worse heat wave before to long.. We don't have air conditioning in our little studio. I wanted to get a mr slim ductless ac but it was 5000 dollars and we can't afford to finance it either.

I couldn't handle the heat last summer either, our little studio being a detached garage, it was never meant to be someone's home. It was so hot, and it stayed hot long long loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong into the evening. I'm talking 10 , 11 pm when it was blissfull outside, you could still feel all the heat like a green house in here.

Status: offline 		I really really dislike that my mouth is full of stitches as I am in the first stage of getting dental implants. I was expecting to be getting some scans or more assessments this morning but instead the dentist was actually ready to start all the drilling and everything!!! OW! 

So plans for the weekend have been canceled and my fridge is stocked up with soup and yoghurt and I am not going to read any of Tulip's posts so I wont laugh!
