I hate it when I have to fight the toll. I hate it that they're illiterate. i hate it when i feel i am a constant disappointment to my Master. i am going to throw a huge temper tantrum tonight as soon as i get checked in the hotel and there is no one around that knows me or that i care if they hear me. hopefully that will get it out of my system and then i can work on not being the selfish bitch i apparently am. who would've thought working your ass off your whole life to give yourself and your children things you coud only dream of as a child would have such an effect that now you are unable to be pleasing to your Master because you think of yourself?????????????? disgruntled, hurt and a little psychotic at the moment

I hate that I need to get some protein my body before I go work out tonight or I will be all shakey and sick when I'm done, but I'm not hungry and I cannot even begin to force myself about that piece of chicken I need to consume.

Why not take protein supplements? They taste great and well yeah..aren't hard to consume even though you don't feel hungry[;)] recommend 100% whey from optimum nutrition...great for pre-workout.

I'm just starting to get the hang of this working out regularly, eating healthy routine. I'm learning as I go and I never even considered protien supplements

Thanks I have a set weight goal loss so we shall see what happens although I do suppose I should keep track of my weight from the begining

the scale is a womans worst enemy avoid them as much as possible i only weight myself once a month it helps greatly cause there is nothing more depressing than working your ass off and getting on the scale to find youve gained!

Imp, I couldn't face meat when I was pregnant and knew I needed protein. I made, and ate, huge amounts of plain gelatin dissolved in fruit juice. A cousin, who was just as nauseous her first term, also did this after I suggested it. It really works great.

As for the scales, I've actually come to like them. Helps me keep track of myself and behaving. Otherwise I start slipping, think something like "wow, I've been doing really well and my weight was *** last time I checked" and THAT is when I start sliding. Then know I've slid and are afraid to get back on the scales, then when I do I wanna cry. Better to catch it before it turns into something to cry about.........at least that's my tactic.

I was like that the first 3-4 months both times. There were even smells that had nothing at all to do with food that would make my stomach roll. I felt like shit but I had a great body..........my boobs grew and the rest of me shrank. Then as soon as the nausea ended, I "blossomed" quite dramatically.

I hate it when I have done everything in my power to help someone with their pain and I cannot help them get rid of it. I will even go to the point that I let my own chronic pain get worse while trying to help them, and it does very little good.
