Status: offline 		I hate when I don't even have the heart to keep breathing somedays. I am trying so very hard, but even with that I can't always be happy and up. I just wish I could move and get my life started, I feel so stuck. I know that a few months doesn't seem like long, but it feels like an eternity when you are hurting. I need to be around my friends and family, I need to get my career going, I need to be able to walk in my home without feeling like a total stranger.

Imp is it possible to imagine that you are watching your thoughts on a tv screen?  Practise turning the volume up or down, or the colour, play around with how you can change them, laugh at those thoughts, have fun with them and remember ..... you are not your thoughts.

Zeph.... you are not too soft, what you are is someone who believes that others are good, you believe the best in people and that is a lovely way to be.

Hiltie focus on the reasons why you have quit smoking, you may be losing this pleasure that you used to get from nicotine but just think how exciting your life is right now..... you have a whole world of experiences and sights and smells and touch that are opening up to you

Status: offline 		I hate it when I'm emotionally stuck.... Or maybe just emotionally retarded I'm not quite sure what it is. I feel like I've tried everything. Talked to a counselor for a year, wrote letters I would never send and then rip them up or delete them, surrounded myself that I was too busy to think. I don't know if all this is resurfacing because I'm going back to that place in two weeks or what. Panic and fear have set in and I might just be having an emotional break down. It's been a little over a year since I've left that place and I've made so many strides, but now I'm backpedaling so fast.
