I hate it when my parents assume that my brothers godfathers huge weightloss might have serious reasons behind it (he does a huge amount of healthy eating and walking every day now but they fear that there might be something serious behind it as they know that both this parents died on cancer -before I was born- and they assume it as he does not look well at times...I hope they are wrong big time!!! even when it was a little challenge for me to see him today just half his usual weight...and yes he did not look as good as I am used to see him like....)

I also hate that it seems I am missing out on meeting my nephew again!!! Never met him yet since he was born in january...as I was ill on my brothers wedding I missed it out there...and now my nephew got a nasty bug and a very sore butt, which is not really the best condition to do a 10-12 hour drive down here...my sister-in-law was very upset about it and it is a shame for me but I do know it is the best not to do it if he isn´t well [:o]

Last but not least I also hate that my godfather is in hospital now as well...and at the moment we can´t visit him for whatever reasons my mother mentioned...it thankfully does not seem to be cancer stuff but nevertheless some internal problems...thank goodness his daughter was at home when he got seriously unwell...and his poor wife was scared big time when she came home from a funeral just to see the ambulance van in their driveway...

I wanted to visit them tomorrow but now its not going to happen either [:o]

Sometimes I really think I am jinxed...it just always goes wrong [>:]...night folks [&o]

The zit thing, cannot imagine. i've been fortunate to never have that issue!

yeah, I just need a good deep tissue massage and a chiropractic visit.  I think.  A new mattress might help too..LOL  Oh, and less stress?  yeah that could help too....\

i am awesome at massages. i've been given the nickname "Hands" for a reason [;)]   Too bad i'm not close enough to help you out with that! It seems i must turn my mattress more and more often lately. i'm thinking i need a new one also!   Stress? Did you say stress? What's that?

I've not missed a dose of medicine, taken a few double doses, and worked over 60 hours in the past week to try to distract myself from reality and having to cope with things. i know it's not the healthiest way, but i just don't feel i can cope with my loss at the moment. i keep telling myself get through the holidays and then take some time to let it all go.

Thanks. i am truly contemplating switching my work schedule AGAIN to be on opposite shifts. My work boss likes having me there during the day, just gushed to me a couple days ago how she LOVES me and LOVES when i'm there with her, because i get things done. It annoys me, though, to feel like i have to rearrange my life to cope.

Greedy the non-stop headache sounds just awful, I wish there was something I could do.

and Soph, be gentle on yourself, distraction can work for a while but eventually one needs to face the reality unfortunately.  It does suck having to do that - damn that realisty
