I also hate it when I tell my sub, "We need to have a talk about some things."  And then he goes into panic mode. 

Jeez!  I said we needed to talk.  I did not say, "I hate you, you suck, and never intrude upon my life again."

Why must we have the freaking out?

It is SO darned annoying!

Panic is my first reaction, too, whether I show it or not.  The four words, "We need to talk," does not always bode well for me, so I tend to freeze and wonder what anvil is going to fall from the sky and land on me.

Another to join the sleep issue brigade. I had about 3 brken hours, for some reason. Fox on the other hand sleeps like the dead.
We did just get blackout curtains, though, which should help. *crosses fingers*
