I hated when I found out the risks I am taking with this deal, it made me throw up my coffee. [&:] This whole thing benefits the buyer more than it does me and I had wanted to just be done with it, not be a landlord from across the country! This is hard, and scary. I don't like being out of my depth on stuff like this even though I am learning a lot of new things... it makes me feel ill.

I hate it when icky threads get bumped up after they've fallen silent, for no reason that I can understand except perhaps to continue the drama. However I am glad it isn't my drama!

I've seen some of her pictures, LH, and I love it! Admittedly, I just moved here to Ontario but ohhhhhhh, it's lovely there! More importantly, I hate the stress and aggravation she's going through though and I hate to see her hurting and suffering when Camille just needs to move on. That's what I wish I could help with and I hate not having the money that would solve at least this problem for her. [:(]

It is just that, this area sucks hairy balls when it comes to real estate sales!
Yes it is risky, yes he can default. But he would have to walk away from 39K to do that. I've put into the contract that he can do no work that requires a permit w/o my express knowledge and have worked in the prop taxes and home owners ins. I did the amoratization table thingie (go me!), 20 year AM, 5 yr Balloon.
Now I am just waiting for his 'yes' and a check.

I have the feeling (maybe it is only hope) that if it goes go all to hell, my father will step in and buy it from me then he will turn it around. Would be nice if he did that now.. but honest to god he thinks this is 'a fun adventure, a great new learning experience but most of all this is fun to do' stuff.

Jaysus I have indigestion.

Now my family has decided Austin is too pricey and that I would be happy in this small town they chose of 6000. Fuck. I feel like a marionette. [sm=marionette.gif]

I find out tonight. If it is a go then I have frantic packing to do and will have to find help. If it is a no then I will have a breakdown.


The assessed value was nearly 50K lower than just 2 years ago, I have to get out of this house and this looks like the only feasible way (but omg this is NOT fun for me, I am a quivering mess and all the calmness instilled by my owner in Austin last week is gone gone, gone baby gone).

I'm going to go hit up Linens n Things, or is it Linens n More? The ones that are closing.. and get a new set of cookware. Nicely boxed and ready to move with me.

So far it is a crew of one (you you you, and you hahahaha, lucky you).

I'm trying to not look outside cuz it makes me sad. I have serious woodses and I love each stick.
If I end up staying here I am throwing a CM bash/bonfire in the autumn. Plenty of room to sleep. And spank.

Thanks, Greedy.... I know that I think too much. I always try to figure out what is causing this because then I think that if I can figure that out, I can minimize them from happening. Doesn't work though. [sm=dunno.gif]  Oh well.....
