I've used it for 3 years. Maybe I will use my profile pic. Dunno. Ugh its so very hard to get started today, some chores I am absolutely dreading feel like they're looming over me lol.

The appraisal passed, the water test passed (dear god that was an ordeal) so it looks like this sale is a total go.

September 17-23 I'm in Austin securing an apartment, then my closing is September 25.

After that its goodbye Michigan, there are so many different emotions going on inside. Too many to even sort through. I don't have time to go say goodbye to places because this has all taken place within one month. I'd wanted to go back to Cranbrook especially, it was my back yard while growing up.

And I HAVE to go to Olgas at least once more! Ohjeez I wish they had a way to send their food to me in Austin, I'm going to really really miss Olgas. Maybe I can go today since I have to hit Madison Heights.... hmmmmm. Yummmmm.

I hate it when I come out of court happy I only have to pay 1/3 of what that bitch wanted.. but it is still a hell of a lot of money. I hate it that we were in mediation for 3 bloody hours, and she didnt want to take it in payments.. she wanted a lump sum. If I had that kind of money laying around I would be one happy bitch. She almost had a heart attack when I said all I could afford was $50 a month. It is going to take *forever* to pay that shit off. And I had to pay her court costs. *grumbles*

I hate it that my land lady got laid off.. so now I dont have rides to and from work.. and no bus money either so I am taking another vacation day to try and figure out how in the heck am I getting to work all next week.

~ I also hate it when I have to fight with the toaster to keep the darn bread down.. and wanted to punt it through the window.. but it would hit the kitty out there.

I hate it that this migraine that started in court yesterday has not gone away...
