Thank you, Kali.  I think that we'll be ok.  I just can't imagine that after all the trials and tests we have been through that we can't get past just about anything.  Some things are just a bit trickier than others.

You are very welcome. I didn't find out about it was until too late. I was with someone on a shopping trip in Fl. So not only did I spend money on clothes that I *didn't* need, now I have to hope I can get by on the gas I do have until the price gets a little lower, lol. That's what I call karma.

And somehow along the way they are getting away with the price gouging because our Gov will not declare a state of emergency or some crap like that....

It's tricky at times.  I've had such a history of being a hothead that I've really had to learn to choose my words carefully in order to do my part in keeping us on track.  He's gotten better, too.  Last night, when He seemed irritated, I said, "I think talking it over rather than blowing me off is a good idea, right?"  He looked at me, took a breath, and said, "Ok.  Go ahead."  And we talked... however uncomfortably for me.  But He listened, and I know it was really hard for Him to be even-keeled, but I'm just not willing to let a conversation disintegrate when we can (hopefully) learn something.  And I like it when He tells me that, with anyone else, He wouldn't have been so calm and willing to listen. 

(Talkly confidently, but respectfully, with a purpose, and good eye contact seems to be the recipe for a decent "debate/conversation" with Him when important things need attention.)

Night night, everyone.  I have an adorable Thing 2 who is in need of my attention.  It's girl time for us.  Gotta tell weird stories and snuggle and all that kinda stuff.  Thing 1 is off at a sleep over and there's no pre-bedtime arguing.  Ahhh... bliss.  [:)]

Well, when I heard from mine i was a little over a week out of the other relationship and not ready. If you sense the Dominant is compelling you may change your mind. he wasnt pushing me. he said when I was ready he would love to meet me just to see if he could make me smile. Be open if they are impressive in some way. I was not ready but I also knew I had to meet him.

I hate it when I finally finish the pleated plaid skirt, complete with the hateful zipper, iron a white button-down shirt, throw on a black bra and put a little tie on it between the bewbies of the plaid material, white ankle socks, white and black shoes, and I think, "some people just should NOT wear this sort of thing."  Sigh.
